    Oct. 23, 2006 - RALEIGH, NC — The Carolina Hurricanes Wives Group announced today that it will host "Shop with the Canes" on Sunday, Nov. 19, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Saks Fifth Avenue at Triangle Town Center. The semi-formal event allows fans to spend the evening shopping and enjoying hors d'oeuvres and a cocktail reception at Saks with the Hurricanes players, coaches, management and significant others. Tickets cost $100, with all proceeds going to benefit the Carolina Hurricanes Kids 'N Community Foundation. In addition, five percent of sales that evening will also benefit the Kids 'N Community Foundation.
