The Ice Arena, built in 1967, contains a 5,000-seat hockey rink, a curling rink, a figure skating studio, a skate shop, and the Center Ice Club. Home to BGSU hockey and other intra- and extra-University activities, the Ice Arena has served as training grounds for great NHLers such as Rob Blake, as well as figure skating legend Scott Hamilton.

The Bowling Green State University Ice Arena provides a variety of ice related activities to BGSU students, faculty, staff and residents of Bowling Green and Northwest Ohio. Enthusiasts may participate in programs year-round.

Constructed in 1961, the OSU Ice Rink serves as the home of the hockey Buckeyes. The rink, located just east of St. John Arena and north of Ohio Stadium, has a surface area of 200 feet in length and 85 feet in width. The facility includes a warming room, which contain coin-operated vending machines, benches for changing shoes, lockers for checking valuables and small parcels, and a pro shot complete with the latest in hockey equipment and skating apparel. The basement houses locker rooms for the Buckeyes and their opponents, a training room, and a storage area.

The Goggin Ice Arena is home to the Miama of Ohio Red Hawks on the campus of Miami of Ohio University.
