Rochester Ice Hockey Officials Association, Inc., is a corporation which works with various hockey leagues to provide referees for youth and men's hockey in the greater Rochester area. RIHO, Inc. acts as a liaison that contracts with officials as independent contractors.

We do not have an Association like many of the other ice hockey officials in the Tri-State area. In order to communicate information to officials in this area, a group of people have gotten together to bring you this site. It will hopefully become a central database for local officials to receive information on local happenings.
